Nothing in this Part shall affect the operation of the Limited
Liability Partnerships Order, 2010 (S 117/2010) in relation to its application to a Limited Liability Partnership that is an accounting Limited Liability
Partnership.
Such provisions of any written law having effect in relation to public accountants or accounting firms as may be prescribed shall have effect in relation to accounting Limited Liability Partnerships with such prescribed modifications as may be necessary or expedient.

Removal from Register of Public Accounting Corporations, Register of
Register of Public Accounting Corporations
“Register of Public Accounting Corporations” means the register kept and maintained under section 6(1)(a)(ii);
Public Accounting Firms and Register of Public Accounting Limited
accounting limited liability partnership
“accounting limited liability partnership” means a limited liability partnership approved as an accounting limited liability partnership under section 22;

“Register of Public Accounting Corporations” means the register kept and maintained under section 6(1)(a)(ii);
Register of Public Accounting Firms
“Register of Public Accounting Firms” means the register kept and maintained under section 6(1)(a)(iii);
