No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie personally against any person who is a member of the Oversight Committee or of a Disciplinary
Oversight Committee
“Oversight Committee” means the Public Accountants Oversight Committee appointed by the Authority under section 5(1);
Committee for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in the execution or purported execution of this Act.
Disciplinary Committee
“Disciplinary Committee” means a Disciplinary Committee appointed under Part 7;
Oversight Committee
