s 6Prize jurisdiction

The High Court shall have as a prize court —

(a)

all such jurisdiction as is conferred on it by any law relating to prize; and

(b)

all such other jurisdiction on the high seas and elsewhere as it had as a prize court immediately before the commencement of this Act.
