Airport Passenger Service Charge Act · 2021 Revised Edition

Save as otherwise provided in this Act, a passenger service charge shall by payable at the rates specified in the Schedule by each passenger embarking on an aircraft taking off from an airport for a destination outside
Brunei Darussalam.
In subsection (1), “airport” means an airport, aerodrome or landing ground in Brunei Darussalam, owned and operated by the Government.
