No action shall be brought against the Director or any authorised officer, officer of customs or police officer, any other person acting under the direction of the Director in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by any of them in good faith in the exercise, performance or purported exercise or performance, of any powers or duties under this Act.

“officer of customs” has the same meaning as in section 2(1) of the Customs Order, 2006;
