10. Dispute as to value, price or apportionment

Where there is any dispute between the Museum Committee and any person as to the reasonable compensation for, any antiquity or historical object or as to the apportionment of any antiquity or historical object in terms of an agreement under section 6, such dispute shall be submitted to the
