s 2Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —

“Agreement” means the Agreement for the establishment and operation of the international body known as the Asian Infrastructure

Investment Bank done at Beijing on 29th June 2015 and entered into force on 25th December 2015;

“Article” means an Article of the Agreement;

“Bank” means the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank established under the Agreement;

“Minister” means the Minister of Finance and Economy.
