In these By-Laws, unless the context requires otherwise -
"Board" means the Bandar Seri Begawan Municipal Board;
"meeting" means any meeting of the Board;
"member" means member of the Board;
"secretary" means the person appointed by the Chairman to be the secretary;
"working day" means any day other than a Friday, Sunday or public holiday.
