s 116Recovery of fees, expenses etc.

There shall be recoverable as a civil debt due to the Authority from the bank concerned —

(a)

the amount of any fees payable under section 13;

(b)

any remuneration and expenses payable by the bank to any person appointed under section 59(2)(b); and

(c)

any remuneration and expenses payable by the bank to the

Authority or to any person employed or authorised by the Authority under section 3 (repealed) to assist it in the control of and the carrying on of the business of the bank or to any other person who has assumed control of the business of the bank pursuant to a direction or order of the Authority under section 59(2)(c) or 60(b).
