No liability shall be incurred by —

Banking 98

(a)

the Authority or any member of the Authority;

(b)

any person authorised or appointed by the Authority under section 3 (repealed);

(c)

any person appointed under section 59(2)(b) to advise a bank in the proper conduct of its business;

(d)

any person who has assumed control of the business of a bank pursuant to a direction or order of the Authority under section 59(2)(c) or 60(b);

(e)

any person appointed under section 49(1), as a result of anything done by him bona fide in the exercise of any power, or the performance of any power, duty or function conferred or imposed by or under this Act.
