If money is paid under this Part to a person who is not the owner of the money, the Authority is entitled to recover the money from the person to whom it was paid, unless prevented from doing so by operation of the

“Authority” means the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank established by the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank Order, 2010;
