The Chief Justice may, with the approval of His Majesty the
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council, prescribe a scale of fees and percentages to be charged for or in respect of proceedings under this Act.
The Court may remit the payment of any particular fee or fees due from any debtor, or any part thereof, either absolutely or on such terms as it may think fit.
