The lawful holder for the time being of the office of Bishop of Borneo is hereby constitut~d a body corporate, under the name of the Bishop of Borne·o, hereinafter called the corporation.
The corporation for the purposes of this Act may sue and be sued in its said name and shall have perpetual succession and a corporate seal.
