BROADCASTING !CODE OF PRACTICE} NOTIFICATION, 1998
It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the power conferred by section 9 of the Emergency !Broadcasting) Order,
1997, the Minister responsible for broadcasting matters, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, has issued, with effect from 1st. January, 1998, the Broadcasting Services Programmes Code and
Code of Practice for Advertising, as set out in the First and Second
Schedule respectively :
