(1)

Every application by a person for a licence shall be made in writing or in such manner as the Minister may specify.

(2)

In the case of an application for a licence to install, operate or have on any premises a TVRO system, the applicant shall specify the premises in which the applicant intends to install or operate the TVRO system and furnish such other information as the Minister may require.

In the case of an application for a licence to import, offer for sale, sell or have in possession with a view to sale a TVRO system, the applicant shall specify the amount and specification of the TVRO system to be imported, offered for sale or sold or in his possession with a view to sale and furnish such other information as the Minister may require.
