s 6Capital of Authority

(1)

The authorised capital of the Authority shall be $2,000,000,000.

(2)

The paid-up capital of the Authority shall be $1,000,000,000.

(3)

The paid-up portion of the authorised capital may be increased by such amount as the Minister may approve and, subject to subsection {4), the

Government shall subscribe and pay the amount of such increase to the Authority.

(4)

The payment of such increase in the authorised capital may be made by such other means as the Government, in consultation with the board, may approve.
