No attachment or execution shall be issued against the Authority or its property, including gold, special drawing rights, currency, credits, deposits or securities and any proceeds thereof, before the issue of a final judgment in any legal proceedings brought before any court.
The Authority may, in whole or in part, waive this protection, expressly and in writing, except for its gold and the special drawing rights.
