s 60Authority's financial year and accounting standard

The financial year of the Authority shall begin on the 1st. day of January and end on the 31st. day of December of each year.

To the extent possible to achieve its objects, the Authority shall maintain accounts and records in accordance with the accounting standards adopted by the

Authority.
