s 46Furnishing of statistics and information

(1)

The Authority may, at any time, for the purpose of carrying out its functions under this Order request such persons or classes of person as it may decide to collect and furnish such statistical information as the Authority may specify and those persons or classes of person shall comply with that request.

(2)

Statistical information received from the persons or classes of person under subsection ( 1) shall be regarded as confidential between them and the

Authority.

(3)

Any person who fails to comply with a request of the Authority under subsection [ 1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
