s 59Existing contracts

All deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and arrangements subsisting immediately before the commencement of this Order relating to the employees transferred under section 57 or the assets and liabilities transferred under section 58 to which the Government is a party shall continue in force on and after that commencement and shall be enforceable by or against the Authority as if the

Authority had been named therein or had been a party thereto instead of the

Government.
