On the commencement of this Order, such movable property, assets, rights, interests and privileges as determined by the Minister, together with any debts, liabilities or obligations connected therewith or appertaining thereto, shall be deemed to have been transferred to and vested in the Authority without further assurance.
The Minister shall have power to do all acts or things as he considers necessary or expedient for giving effect to and carrying out the provisions of subsection (1).
If any question arises as to whether any movable property, assets, rights interests, privileges, debts, liabilities and obligations/ have been transferred to and vested in the Authority under subsection (1L a certificate signed by the Minister shall be conclusive evidence of such transfer and vesting.
