The Board may, in its discretion, appoint committees consisting of persons who are members or otherwise, for purposes which, in the opinion of the Board, would be better regulated and managed by such committees.
Board
“Board” means the Board of Directors of the Authority referred to in section 5;

“food” has the same meaning assigned to it in section 2 of the Public Health (Food) Act;
The Board may define or vary the terms of reference of the committees.
Subject to this Act and to the control of the Board, each committee may regulate its procedure in such manner as the committee thinks fit.
Authority
“Authority” means the Brunei Darussalam Food Authority established by section 3;
