Where a person ceases to be a member of the Council, His Majesty the
Council
“Council” means the Brunei Darussalam National Accreditation Council established by section 4;
Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint another person to fill the vacancy and the person so appointed shall hold office for the residue of the period of appointment of the member in whose place he is appointed.
