A visitor airport security pass will be issued free of charge. However, for the issue of a temporary airport security pass, the following fees shall apply 711

(b)
where a temporary airport security pass is defaced as a result of fair wear and tear, a replacement thereof may be issued on payment of a fee of $10.00;
(c) where a temporary airport security pass is loss or defaced for any reason other than as a result of fair wear and tear, a replacement thereof may be issued on a payment of a fee of $50.00.
