( 1) For the purpose of advising the Director on the carrying out of his functions under this Act, there shall be an
Advisory Board consisting of the Director as Chairman and 5 other members to be appointed by the Minister.
The Board shall advise the Director on such mat-ters as the Director may from time to time refer to it and on such matters as the Board may think fit.

"Brunei National Archives" means the State Archives of Brunei established under this Act;
