The Prime Minister Corporation shall assume the responsibility of and shall act at general meetings of shareholders of the Company in accordance with the
Companies Act (Chapter 39) to the extent that the provisions of that Act are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Order, and where any such inconsistency exists the provisions of this Order shall prevail.
