Nothing in this Act contained shall prevent the burial Exemption or interment in or upon State land, or in or upon any land belonging to a private person with the consent of such per-son, of any corpse or the remains of a corpse found in an advanced state of decomposition under an order in writing for such burial or intern1ent made by a magistrate.
