s 11Committees

(1)

The Board may, from time to time, appoint committees consisting of one or more persons (whether members or not) and define or vary the terms of reference of those committees.

(2)

There may be paid to each member of a committee out of the funds of the Centre such allowances, including travelling and subsistence allowances, as the Board may determine, subject to such limits and conditions as the Minister may direct.

(3)

Subject to the provisions of this Act and to the control of the

Board, each committee appointed under this section may regulate its procedure in such manner as it thinks fit.
