Any police officer may arrest without a warrant any person whom he reasonably believed to have committed or to be committing an offence against this

Order.

(2)

Any person arrested under subsection ( 1) shall, after such arrest, be dealt with as provided for the Criminal Procedure Code (Chapter 7).
