The Director may include such terms, conditions and limitations to a certificate as he considers necessary in the public interest.
Director
“Director” means the Director of the Department, appointed under section 6;
An air transport enterprise which is granted a certificate with such terms, conditions or limitations may request from the Director the reasons for their inclusion.

“air transport enterprise” means an enterprise engaged in or offering to engage in scheduled or non-scheduled public transport by air;
The Director shall respond to any request made under subsection (2) within 40 days.
