The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister for Communications and Information Technology;
Yang Di-Pertuan, make such regulations in respect of liability under this
regulations
“regulations” means any regulations made under this Act or under the Air Navigation Act (repealed by the Civil Aviation Order, 2006) and preserved by section 54(2);
Part, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as he considers necessary in the public interest.
