THE TRADE UNIONS ENACTMENT, 1961

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him Enactment No. 5

by section 6 of the Trade Unions Enactment, 1961, of 1961.

His Highness the Sultan has been pleased to appoint the Commissioner of Labour, Brunei, as the Registrar of Trade Unions, Brunei with effect from the 20th day of January, 1962.
