The circumstances required to be stated in the notice under section 63B, 63C or 63D include circumstances by reason of which, having regard to section 3A -
a person has an interest in voting shares;
a change has occurred in an interest in voting shares; or
a person has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in a company, respectively.
