(1)

This Part applies to -

(a)

all companies other than a company that is set out in

Schedule 15; and

(b)

all foreign companies registered under Part 9 other than a foreign company that is set out in Schedule 16.

(2)

The obligation to comply with this Part extends to all natural persons, whether resident in Brunei Darussalam or not and whether citizens of Brunei Darussalam or not, and to all entities, whether formed, constituted or carrying on business in Brunei Darussalam or not.

This Part extends to acts done or omitted to be done outside

Brunei Darussalam.
