(1)

There shall be paid to the Registrar -

(a)

the fees specified in Schedule 8;

(b)

such other fees as may be prescribed.

(2)

The Minister, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and

Yang Di-Pertuan may add, vary or amend the fees specified in Schedu.le 8 or prescribed under this Act.

(3)

All fees paid to the Registrar shall be paid into the Treasury.
