For the purposes of sections 135A to 135N -
"body corporate" includes a company incorporated elsewhere than in Brunei Darussalam;
"company" includes any company liable to be wound up under this
Act or the Insolvency Order, 20 16 (S 1 I20 16), any body corporate and any partnership or association wheresoever established.
