Any document, which any company to which this Part applies is required to deliver to the Registrar shall be delivered to the

"document" includes summons, notice, order, and other legal process, and registers;
Registrar at the registration office.
Registrar
"Registrar" means the Registrar of Companies appointed under section 288, and includes any Deputy Registrar or Assistant Registrar;
If any company to which this Part applies ceases to have a place of business in Brunei Darussalam, it shall forthwith give notice of the fact to the Registrar and as from the date on which notice is so given, the obligation of the company to deliver any document to the Registrar shall cease.
