s 71Protection against suit and legal proceedings

No action, suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against —

(a)

the Commission;

(b)

any member of the Commission or any member of its committee; or

(c)

any other person lawfully acting on behalf of the

Commission, in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him or it in good faith or any omission omitted by him or it in good faith in such capacity.
