s 17Directions as to documents submitted to Commission

(l)

Any document submitted to the Commission shall be in accordance with such directions as are specified in the form for which the document is required or by the

Commission.

(2)

Every document, if not in the Malay or English language, shall be accompanied by a translation thereof in either such language -

(a)

certified by a court translator; or

(b)

verified by the affidavit of a person qualified to translate it,
