s 105Remedies for infringement of moral rights

( 1)

In addition to the other rights and remedies available otherwise than under this Part, an infringement of a right conferred by Chapter IV is actionable as a breach of statutory duty owed to the person entitled to that right.

(2)

In an action for infringement of the right conferred by section 83, the court may, if it thinks it is an adequate remedy in the circumstances, grant an injunction on terms prohibiting the doing of any act unless a disclaimer is made, in such terms and in such manner as may be approved by the court, disassociating the author or director from the treatment of the work.
