s 97Powers of investigation with regards tainted property in relation to foreign offences

Where a foreign country request assistance to locate or seize property suspected to be tainted property in respect of an offence within its jurisdiction and the Attorney General has granted the request for assistance from a foreign country, under section 96, the provisions under Part VI shall apply mutatis mutandis.
