s 5HRecord of conviction rendered spent when certain order completed

Notwithstanding any provisions in this Part, the record in the register of a person’s conviction in Brunei Darussalam for an offence for which a probation order or a community service order is passed by a court shall become spent on the date on which the order is completed.
