For the purpose of implementing the preferential rates of duty the scheduled goods must be shown to the satisfaction of the Controller of

Customs to be -

a} products originated from or manufactured in the exporting member country of ASEAN in acordance with the Rules of

Origin laid down in the Agreement of ASEAN Preferential

Trading Arrangement (PTA) ;

b) products covered by a certificate of origin issued by the authorising body in the exporting member country of

ASEAN.
