{b) fails to comply with or contravenes any of the conditions imposed under subsection (1), shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding
$10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or both, and any security or bond being furnished shall be forfeited.
