s 17Grants-in-aid

(1)

The Minister of Finance and Economy shall cause to be paid to the Darussalam Enterprise such moneys as may be approved by the

Government as grants-in-aid to the Darussalam Enterprise.

(2)

All moneys provided for under subsection (1) may be applied or expended by the Darussalam Enterprise for all or any of the purposes of the

Darussalam Enterprise.
