s 10Directions by Minister

(1)

The Minister may give to the Darussalam Enterprise such directions, not inconsistent with the provision of this Act, as he thinks fit, as to the discharge of its functions and exercise of its powers and the

Darussalam Enterprise shall give effect to any such directions.

(2)

The Darussalam Enterprise shall furnish the Minister with such information in respect of the carrying out of its functions and its property and activities, in such manner and at such times as the Minister may reasonably require.
