1962 the Sultan in Council hereby declares Brunei Town to be a port within the mean-ing of the Enactment, the limits of the port so declared shall be as defined in the Schedule here-under.

Brunei Town.

To the East by a line drawn true North and

South through the trig station at

Bt. Salibaya to the banks of the Sungai Brunei and Sungai Butir and to the west by a line drawn true South from the trig station on Bt.

Kelangkong to the South bank of the Sungai Brunei with all passages and rivers entering the same.
