THE PORTS ACT
(CHAPTER 144)

Preamble
In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 3 of the
Ports Act (Chapter 144). the Minister of Communications, with the approval of His Majesty The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei
Darussalam, hereby declares Kuala Belait Port to be a port within the meaning of the Act with its port limits as being defined in the
Schedule hereunder.
