s 32Requirements for direction about property

A direction under section 31(1) shall include —

(a)

information about the nature of the disaster situation;

(b)

the identification of the property to which the direction relates;

(c)

information about —

(i)

the purpose for which the property is to be used; and

(ii)

applying for compensation under this Act in relation to any loss or damage incurred because of the use of the property;

(d)

the provision of this Act under which the direction is given;

and

(e)

a statement that the person to whom the direction is given shall comply with the direction.
