s 11Times, places and quorum of meetings

(1)

The Council shall meet at least once in every 6 months at such time and place as the Chairman may determine and at a meeting one-half of the members shall form a quorum.

(2)

The Chairman shall call a meeting if requested in writing to do so by at least one-half of the members.

(3)

The Council may invite any person, not being a member, to attend a meeting of the Council for the purpose of giving advice to the Council on any matter.
